• Payment for individual readings and sessions is generally collected privately the evening before your scheduled session

• Payments for workshops and talks are collected upon booking

• Payments are processed securely through our payment provider — we do not store your full payment details

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Individual Readings and Sessions:

• Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before your scheduled session

• If you cancel within 24 hours of your session, you will forfeit your payment

• Repeat cancellations will forfeit payment regardless of notice given

 

Workshops and Talks:

• No refunds are available for workshops and talks once payment has been made

• In exceptional circumstances, we may offer a credit toward a future event at our discretion
